Summer’s Final Foray

Just when we were settling down into Autumn, the Summer came back giving us another opportunity to sit outside in the evening with a nice little bonfire.
Sitting in the meadow, just freshly cut, looking up at the stars gives a chance to just stop and absorb everything that’s going on and remember what it’s all about!
Nearly up to Roof Height
The new blockwork is nearly up to roof height in the old part of the barn.
The internal wall reminds me of a Mayan temple.
We had to repair part of the stone wall by what will be the main entrance. This was where the original barn had been extended in the past and never properly joined together.
